I am a 30+ years resident of Northern Colorado Area. I was raised in California, spent 4 years in the Air Force and graduated from Cal State Northridge in 1972. I came here from California on a vacation and moved here in 1975 and opened a retail business on the west side of Loveland. The Big Thompson flood happened in July 1976 and took my business with it. I worked in home construction for the next 14 years in Berthoud and came into real estate in 1990 and have watched the area grow into something special. I went to Russia on a music (I play a little drum) and dance trip and met an amazing woman and in a few years brought here back to Loveland and we now have a 2-year-old daughter named Dasha. Life still holds some amazing surprises for a man at 61 years old. So bring your dreams about a home and I will do all I can to make them happen.
